Healthy environment for healthier life

Our environment is everything around us – our physical surroundings, people we live and work with, air we breathe, the water we drink and use, and the food we consume.

In the circle of wellness, environment is like the outermost shell that surrounds all the other layers. If this layer gets affected, soon the infection starts penetrating to the inner layers and the core (the mind).

Almost all the chronic illnesses and most of the other illnesses are born of or related to our environment. At macro level its issues like global warming and at micro level its issues like pollutants at home, office etc.

The good news is that by improving our immediate environment, we can make positive changes in our environment at both levels – micro as well as macro.
